Privacy Policy

How and when Ultrawag INC. (“WE”, “US”, “Ultrawag”) collect, use, and share your information when you use any applications, api access points, email, websites or other means. We receive your information while you are interacting with our services, from other players and from third parties who share your information with us. When using any of our services you consent to the collection, transfer, sharing, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding of which country you reside in or supply information from, you authorize us to use your information in the United States and any other country where WE operate.

When you log into play an account is created based on the provide access credentials either in the form of an email address and password or by authentication using another service, such as Facebook. Data created while playing the game is associated with your account credentials and can only be modified by administrators or you. These credentials are how you prove you have the access to modify your information and or play the game. If you fail to provide the credentials there is no way other than contacting us to modify or remove any of your data. Understand, if you do contact us we will attempt to have you prove you are the original creator of the data and if at our sole discretion are unable satisfy this requirement you will not be able to modify or remove the information. We strongly suggest providing your email address to us during account creation as it can be used to recover credentials. Also, the credentials are used to allow you access to consumable purchases and synced game play across your devices.

If provided directly or from your credential provided such as Facebook we will store your name, profile image, email address, gender, timezone, nickname, phone number, or any other types of information. The gender info may be used to help select more relevant advertising or select possible match-ups for competition. Your name and profile image is used to identify you in lists to rivals and for your own use while playing the game. All info gathered may be used to contact you, advertise to you and provide game play. If your information was pulled from a credential provider it will be updated upon subsequent logins if possible. Some of your information will be made available to the public via profile web pages, rival finding tools or various views in our applications. We may use the contact information (such as your phone number or email address) to help connect you with other players, even if that information is not publicly displayed.

Our Services can be multi player games and actions you take are recorded and stored both on private and public network servers and synced to player devices. The system is designed to allow you to limit the people you play with and thus share this information with. However, we make no guarantees that this information is secure from hackers or people misusing the service. If you are not comfortable with your information leaking out then don’t use our services. Furthermore you are granting us a license to your content (please refer to our Ultrawag Terms of Service). We may act upon this and use your posted content in but not limited to marketing martial or future services. Some of our services are based on video sharing that may capture you not knowing answers to simple questions. This information will be easily republished by other players to outside networks such as Facebook, Twitter etc. Moreover, all of the recordings and results would not be hard to gather and publish. If you feel uncomfortable about this please do not use our services. To provide a better service we try to track all activities with our service you undertake so they can be used to asses system costs, marketing effectiveness, business goals, updates, and entertainment value.

Our services do make use of location information however we make no attempts at concealing or removing this information if you, your network or your device provide it directly or through deductive means.

We collect information from or about the computers, phones, or other devices where you install or access our services. We associate the information we collect from your devices with your data to help us provide consistent service across your devices. We collect attributes such as the operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names and types, battery, signal strength, device name, network ip addresses and device identifiers if available.

Like most websites, we use "cookies" to collect additional website usage data. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer's hard disk. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with our services, to monitor usage by our players, and to customize and improve our services. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies. If you do not want cookies from us or other websites, you can instruct your browser to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit.

If you use our services for purchases we collect information about the transaction such as date, amount, items etc. These purchase are associated with your data and made available across your devices when you authenticate. We also track the consumption your purchases as they are used. Some of the purchases made will trigger sharing of this information as other players may receive gifts notifying them that you made a purchase.

(Other Players) The games that are multiplayer and cannot be played alone share your data with the other players you choose as rivals. They will see information such as results, videos, profile information, and game related activities.

(Advertisers) In an effort to provide relevant advertising we may disclose your information to third party advertising services such as but not limited to Google or Facebook.

(Third Parties) Third party companies who help us provide and improve our services or who use advertising or related products, which makes it possible to operate our companies and provide global services. One such party Google Analytics is used for demographics and interests reporting, which you can opt out of here and here.

(New Owners) If the ownership or control of all or part of our services changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.

(Within Ultrawag) To support, improve, and provide services we share the information within Ultrawag, including with its officers, employees, contractors and agents.

(Law Enforcements) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Policy, we may preserve or disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect Ultrawag’s rights or property. However, nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections that you may have to a third party's, including a government's, request to disclose your information.

We can make no guarantee about the security of your information in the system and require you never submit any personal information you feel is private or sensitive such as social security numbers, home addresses, etc.

You may choose to stop playing the game at anytime, however your information is not removed from our servers, third party servers or other players devices simply by uninstall the app. To remove yourself from other player devices you must choose to remove that rival from within the application. This will not remove all of your information immediately but rather will attempt to remove your data the next time the rivals use the service. Some information such as activity logs may remain on servers for long periods of time until an expunge process based on industry standard expirations execute. If you feel there is information within our system that is causing you harm please contact us and we will help to resolve your issue.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information and will be at Ultrawag Privacy Policy. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you via an email if you provided one. Continuing to access or use the services we provide after changes to this policy become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
